A man was shot and killed by unknown assailant on Sunday night in Alexandra.
Mzamo Ntuli from Kwa Zulu Natal was visiting his baby-mama when he met his death.
He was shot two times in the chest and was found lying on a side walk along the Vincent Tshabala road (London).
The motive for the murder is not yet established. No arrests have been made.
According to Alex police spokesperson Sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha, two officers were summoned to the crime scene and on arrival, they found the body of a male lying on his back.
“The deceased had two bullets wounds in the centre of his chest and was lying helplessly on his back, not breathing,” said Mbatha. “The deceased was identified as Mzamo Ntuli from KwaZulu-Natal who had come to visit his baby’s mother at number 165-5th Avenue.”
Alexandra police spokesperson Sergeant Simphiwe Mbatha says they are investigating a case of murder.
