According to reliable sources close Unplayable, former Highlands Park and TS Galaxy left-back Lesenya Ramoraka has sadly passed away after succumbing to injuries he sustained in a horrific car crash in Botswana, his home country.
The Orapa United left-back is reprted to have been travelling in his vehicle with another passenger, and his car had a puncture which caused him to lose control of his vehicle and crashed.
The 28-year-old whose stay in South African football was a short-lived experience, played at the now-defunct Highlands Park whom he joined ahead of the 2018-19 season from Orapa United.
He excelled in his first season, however, a combination of injuries and poor form ultimately led to his departure when the club was bought by well-renowned lawyer and agent, Tim Sukazi who renamed them TS Galaxy and ultimately relocated the club to Mpumalanga.

During his stint in SA, the left-back made 34 appearances in all competitions while scoring one goal in the process.
He made a respectable 19 appearances for the Botswana national team and it’s clear his legacy will be fondly remembered.
It is tragic that yet another football player loses their life in a car accident, and while the circumstances of what actually transpired remains somewhat sketchy, there are a number of other possible causes that cannot be ruled out, including drunk driving and the fact that football players are notorious for breaking traffic laws, as we have learned in South Africa.
