The guys were doing all this on a freeway. It is not yet known which company the bus belongs to. The police must do the right thing and investigate so that the bus company can have its license taken away. Unless if those guys have hijacked the bus. What happened here is very scary and a danger to other motorists who were driving on the road at that time.
This has added to the numerous incidents that have given KwaZulu-Natal a bad name. If people are not looting there, they are involved in some sort of lawlessness.
Several people on Twitter are currently talking about the incident. Here is what many are saying:
@DanSing Lawlessness combined with a 30% pass rate. Let nature take its course with these imbeciles.
@MalopeVictor South Africa is crime scene, lawlessness country.
@LusandaM South Africans once again proved that they are their own worst enemies.
It is worrying that most of the people who have commented on this issue have pointed out that South Africa has become a lawlessness country. Over the last few years South Africa has increasingly found itself in the grip of widespread lawlessness that manifests itself in many ways. It includes actions that are seemingly innocuous, such as corruption, as well as violent protests and vigilantism. It is important to point out that lawlessness is not just about a general disregard of the law and the absence of law enforcement, but also about the failures or absence of government.
One thing is certain. South Africa is in trouble. Politics have badly affected ordinary and law-abiding citizens. People just do as they please seeing that leaders don’t really focus on what’s going on in their lives. What are your thoughts on this matter?
