Thami Ndlala was born and raised in a small town in Mpumalanga, he spent his childhood in boarding schools which instilled in him responsibility, independence from a tender age. After all he is the son of the late chief Joe Ndlala whose passion was to uplift and Serve the community that somehow manifested in Mr Thami Ndlala. He then quickly heeded the business calling halfway through his Bsc in International Business Studies when he saw a gap in Employee Wellness, which he is strongly passionate about. His love for luxury fast cars and finer things cast his future in stone, he had to leave college to advance his passion. Few years after venturing into business, he bought his first Ferrari and Rolls Royce adding to a collection he already had. Later on he founded Two Ndlala Brothers which has a division of luxury transportation.With fortunes on his side he understood that it was just the beginning of his birth right to help where he could through the Joe Ndlala Foundation which he established after the passing of his father. To date the Foundation has seen over 80 kids from disadvantaged backgrounds be enrolled in Private Schools to replicate the inspiration he got when he was young.
