Big twist: Dr Nandipha wants her arrest in Tanzania declared wrongful and unlawful

South African on social media were left in shock after receiving a hilarious report about Dr Nandipha’s latest move. According to reports, Nandipha Magudumana wants her arrest in Tanzania to be declared ‘wrongful’ and ‘unlawful’, with an apology from the Tanzania police.

As we already know, Dr Nandipha Magudumana was arrested last month alongside the escaped convict Thabo Bester. The Free State High Court have accepted her case and will hear her application on Thursday, May 25.

Meanwhile from the look of thing, it seems like Dr Nandipha is simply buying more time to cover up her actions. First, she assisted a convict in escaping. Second, she burned Bereng’s body. Third, she fled the country under false pretenses.

Considering these allegations, she should not be granted bail as she poses a flight risk. Instead of arguing in Tanzania, she should acknowledge that they were in the country illegally and accept the consequences. It’s not like Tanzania is corrupt like South Africa.

She was a fugitive evading the law, so what is unlawful about her arrest? With laws that are criminal-friendly, criminals have become more powerful and arrogant. It’s no wonder the police have become ineffective.

The only thing I remember is that she arrived at Lanseria Airport in an unauthorized and illegal manner, using a private jet funded by our tax money, without proper certificates or passports.

According to some social media users, Dr. Nandipha Magudumana should not dream of challenging her arrest in the high court. She should be reminded of her role in the escape of a serial killer, rapist, and fugitive like Thabo Bester.

Even hardcore criminals are beginning to undermine our justice system, indicating that something is seriously wrong in this country. She should accept her situation and get comfortable because she will be there for a long time. Perhaps she can find a girlfriend and make the most of her time, as the saying goes, “If you do the crime, you do the time.”
