Although prophet Shepard Bushiri is no longer in South Africa, he still has thousands of people who are following him from South Africa; some even went to the extent of following him to Malawi to attend his services. Many people who loved and supported him turned against him after there were corruption allegations against him, and instead of facing them, he decided to run away back to Malawi. It’s unfortunate That he had allegedly stolen so many people’s hard-earned money before he left.
Many South Africans who can’t afford to follow him If Malawians are attending his services on social media, every time he hosts an online service or posts a prayer, you will see South Africans blowing up the comment sections. We all thought no one would ever follow him among South Africans, but people seem to be his die-hard followers; even if you just post negative things about him, they will defend him with all they have. However, let’s wait for the law to make its choice about his fate.
Yesterday, Bushiri caused a traffic jam on social media when he posted his photos from the mountain and said he’s preparing and praying for a better 2023. Mind you, 2022 has been so rough on people; there have been so many deaths, and the cost of living has been very high with people losing their jobs, especially in South Africa.
After his South African followers saw his post that he’s praying for 2023 to be better, they blew up the comments section. Thousands of people from South Africa and all over the world were commenting and praying on his post.
In one of the photos he posted, he was kneeling down in front of a tree that had fallen in the mountains; in other photos, he was sleeping. You could tell that it had been a rough night of prayers. His post has a very huge amount of traffic, so much so that you could see that indeed people want a better version of the new year.
To all the people out there, let’s pray and hope that 2023 will not be a second round of 2022. May God bless everyone. Type Amen In the comments section for 2023, I’m asking for blessings to rain on you.
