Yandisa started the project a couple of years back in 2014, set to deliver his unique take on kitchen appliances. As expected his uncanny devotion to quality, detail, distinction and artistry, resulted in a superb collection where each appliances produced exudes these very core values.
He’s South Africa born and raised is KwaZulu-Natal, In his early primary school years he was recognized as the learner with the most artistic promise.
“So I don’t normally take pictures but because I was in an interview for a newspaper I had to take few snaps” he said.
Zuluish is a combination of 2 words, IUSH is a from a word, wish, derivate of the word DREAM!
“It’s always been a DREAM OF MINE” to get into the industry with a long term vision and dream to be able to have full production done in South Africa descended from KwaZulu-Natal ” he said.
He wanted people from Doha in Qatar, Brazil or Germany to know it’s a South Africa brand just by a single glance. He’s dream was that one day he will own his own products, brand and companies as Africans.
His dream is that a child growing at Mpumalanga, Limpopo or Eastern Cape to look at this and say “I can do this” we will be able to grow something that will benefit many generations after us.

No one complained about MaXhosa brand, people support it, Xhosa or not. Now a Zulu person has launched a Zuluish kettle brand and it's called tribalism. In South Africa, tribalism will always hold us back. pic.twitter.com/4lFuvKlfTi
