Even though for most of us it seems like everything has calmed down with regards to the violence and looting that happened during the ‘Free Jacob Zuma’ protests, the law enforcement authorities are still busy in the background investigating and looking for the looters and instigators, and it has now been reported that the Hawks have arrested a big Jacob Zuma ally for allegedly instigating the violence and looting.
According to reports, yesterday the Hawks have arrested ‘Fees Must Fall’ activist and loyal Jacob Zuma ally Bonginkosi Khanyile for allegedly instigating the violence and looting on social media.
This is bad news for Duduzile Zuma as she is also one of the people were accused of using social media to instigate the violence and looting during the protests, Duduzile Zuma was even accused by the Democratic Alliance (DA) for instigating and inciting the violence and looting by using her Twitter account, the ANC even released a statement distancing themselves from what she was saying on social media.
The arrest of Bonginkosi Khanyile is evidence that the Hawks and other law enforcement agencies are still seriously investigating people like Duduzile Zuma who have been accused of inciting and instigating the violence and looting.
