Watch Out: Internal Report Exposes ANC Members Who Are Secretly Working for the MK Party

Alleged MK Party Infiltration Revealed in ANC Internal Report, Which Reveals Deep Rift in KZN StructuresA disturbing picture of organisational dysfunction, factional battles, and alleged political infiltration has been painted in an internal ANC report into the performance of regional task teams (RTTs) in KwaZulu-Natal.

This has raised fresh concerns about the stability of the party in one of its most contested provinces.Several RTTs are responsible for restoring ANC support at the grassroots level in preparation for future electoral cycles, and the confidential evaluation that has made its way through senior party levels has exposed what it calls “serious operational weaknesses” inside these groups. The results show that many of these groups are having trouble coordinating their efforts, using consistent deployment tactics, and making a significant difference in important cities.Worryingly, the research claims that unity and delivery have been severely compromised by deeply held internal differences among rival factions. It has been stated that these divisions are manifesting themselves through different decision-making procedures, contradictory directives to local branches, and disagreements about leadership and candidate selection.

The article primarily expresses worry over the suspected penetration of ANC structures by persons associated with the Umkhonto Wesizwe Party (MKP), a political group that has lately acquired support in KwaZulu-Natal. Both direct and indirect forms of infiltration have eroded the efficacy of RTT operations and fuelled internal distrust, according to the research.Despite the lack of publicly available evidence, the research expresses concern that the ANC’s organisational cohesion could be further undermined if the province, which has been one of its strongest electoral strongholds in the past but has been more competitive in recent elections, continues to fracture

.The results, according to party insiders with knowledge of the situation, have prompted immediate conversations among provincial leadership structures, with demands for an exhaustive evaluation of RTT deployment, screening procedures, and internal communication channels.Despite increased opposition from new and revived parties, political experts agree that KwaZulu-Natal is still an important battleground for the African National Congress (ANC). If internal instability is not addressed, they contend, it could have far-reaching electoral ramifications. In 2026, American Citizensresiding in Nigeria Will Have the Opportunity to Vote.

There has been no official public reaction from the ANC about the report’s contents as of yet. On the other hand, senior authorities will be working to restore internal unity and stabilise organisational performance by engaging provincial structures in the next weeks.Amidst escalating tensions, the research highlights the increasing demands placed on the ANC to heal internal fractures while fending off outside political rivalry in a politically vibrant province of South Africa.
