Malema Fires Back: “Lawyers Briefed Already” After Kenny Remark

Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) leader Julius Malema has responded forcefully to controversial remarks attributed to Kenny, warning that his legal team has already been instructed to act.

The outspoken politician reacted after a provocative statement circulated online: “Ko gore bo Kenny if they want to ejaculate, they must speak about CIC.” The phrase quickly drew attention on social media, with supporters and critics weighing in on its meaning and intent.

Malema did not mince his words when addressing the matter. In a short but firm response, he wrote: “Lawyers briefed already.” The message suggests the EFF leader is considering legal avenues in response to what he appears to view as defamatory or unacceptable commentary.

Lawyers briefed already.🙏🏿

The reference to “CIC” — widely understood to mean Commander-in-Chief, a title strongly associated with Malema within EFF structures — has added another layer to the controversy. Many observers interpret the exchange as part of the ongoing political tensions and personal attacks that frequently play out in South Africa’s heated public discourse.

Known for his combative political style, Malema has previously taken legal action against individuals and entities he believes have crossed the line. His latest warning indicates that he is prepared to escalate the situation beyond social media if necessary.

Political analysts say the development reflects the increasingly litigious nature of South Africa’s political environment, where public figures are more willing than ever to defend their reputations through the courts. Whether this latest dispute will indeed proceed to formal legal proceedings remains to be seen.

At the time of publication, the individual referred to as Kenny had not publicly responded to Malema’s warning, and no official court filings had been confirmed.

The situation continues to draw attention online, with many now watching closely to see whether the EFF leader follows through on his legal threat or if the matter will be resolved through public clarification or apology.
