Panic in Pretoria: Key Witness Drops Bombshell Legal Bid to Hide KT Molefe WhatsApp Secrets

A key development has emerged in the ongoing legal proceedings involving Katiso “KT” Molefe after Witness F withdrew an urgent court application in the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.

Witness F, who was previously seen on CCTV footage leaving Molefe’s home carrying a bag, had approached the court in a bid to prevent his appearance in the case and to stop the potential display of WhatsApp communications linked to the matter. The urgent application sought to interdict prosecutors from presenting the messages as evidence.

However, in a sudden turn, the application was withdrawn before it could be argued, clearing the way for the case to proceed as scheduled. The reasons for the withdrawal were not immediately disclosed in court.

Legal analysts say the decision could significantly affect the direction of the proceedings, as the WhatsApp messages are believed to form part of the state’s evidence. With the urgent bid no longer standing, prosecutors may now proceed with preparations to introduce the communications when the matter resumes.

Witness F has been ordered to return to court on Monday, where further developments are expected. The case continues to draw public attention due to the prominence of the individuals involved and the potential implications of the digital evidence.

Court observers anticipate that the upcoming session may provide greater clarity on the role of Witness F and the relevance of the disputed WhatsApp messages.
