Brown Mogotsi Grilled At Madlanga Commission Until He Reveals He Does Not Have Matric

Brown Mogotsi faced one of his toughest days at the Madlanga Commission as commissioners pressed him with difficult questions that exposed major gaps in his testimony. The pressure became so intense that Mogotsi eventually revealed something he had never mentioned before, he does not have a Matric certificate.

The admission came after Mogotsi struggled to explain why several of his statements did not match the legal documents submitted on his behalf. As the commissioners read through the documents line by line, Mogotsi appeared confused and admitted that some of the information was too complicated for him to understand.

Trying to defend himself, he told the commission that the documents were prepared by his lawyers and that he sometimes relies on them because he does not have Matric. The room went quiet for a moment as his revelation raised even more questions about how much of his testimony was based on his own knowledge and how much was guided by others.

Throughout the session, Mogotsi was grilled about the bold accusations he previously made. However, when asked to provide evidence, he repeatedly failed to support his claims. The commissioners pointed out several contradictions, and Mogotsi’s explanations became weaker as the questioning intensified.

His sudden admission about his education level added to the growing doubts surrounding his testimony. What started as a strong attempt to expose wrongdoing has now turned into a difficult fight for credibility.

As the hearings continue, the commission will have to consider whether Mogotsi’s claims can stand without clear evidence, especially after today’s revelation. For now, his testimony appears to be falling apart under pressure, and his lack of Matric has become another major point of debate.
