The Sheriff of the Court removed office furniture, computer equipment, and kitchen appliances valued at approximately R140 000 from Luthuli House, the ANC’s Johannesburg headquarters, on Thursday.
The seizure follows a court order related to a claim against Ezulweni, which the ANC intends to contest, maintaining that the action is unjustified. Party officials say they will take legal steps to counter the claim and recover the seized property.
