In a bombshell court filing, radio and TV personality Pabi Moloi’s estranged husband, Ruan Adams, has made shocking claims that media personality Thomas Jaftha could be the biological father of their child. The explosive allegations form part of Adams’ Johannesburg High Court application to compel Moloi to undergo DNA testing.

“I have suspected for some time that Jaftha, who worked closely with Pabi, might be the biological father,” Adams stated in court documents. The filing comes after Sunday World first reported on the developing story.

The legal battle has taken an aggressive turn, with Adams demanding:

  • Full spousal support including 50% of Moloi’s assets

  • Reimbursement of R25,000 lobola payment

  • Claims to her multiple properties (Fourways, Noordwyk, Elton Hill, Edenburg, Waverly)

  • Access to her savings, investments, pension funds, vehicles and shares

In a further shocking claim, Adams alleged that Moloi has been “using drugs.” The allegations come amid what appears to be an increasingly contentious divorce between the couple.

Neither Moloi nor Jaftha have publicly responded to the allegations at this time. The case continues to develop as more details emerge from the court proceedings. Legal experts suggest the DNA test request could significantly impact both the child custody and asset division aspects of the divorce.

This story continues to unfold as South Africa’s entertainment industry reels from yet another high-profile celebrity scandal.
