A viral video has sparked public outrage after appearing to show popular Limpopo musician Shebeshxt allegedly stabbing a fan during a violent altercation at a tavern. The graphic footage, circulating widely on social media, has led to growing demands for police intervention.

Eyewitness accounts and the video suggest the incident occurred late Saturday night. The clip shows Shebeshxt—whose real name remains unconfirmed by authorities—pulling a knife from his jacket before allegedly attacking a seated individual following what appears to be a heated verbal exchange.

While the exact cause of the confrontation remains unclear, some sources claim it began as a disagreement between the artist and a fan, possibly over a comment or perceived disrespect. The identity and condition of the victim have not yet been disclosed.

The footage has drawn fierce backlash online, with many condemning the alleged violence and calling for accountability.

“This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a public figure,” one social media user commented. “No one should get away with such brutality.”

As of now, Shebeshxt and his representatives have not publicly addressed the allegations. Police have also not confirmed whether a case has been opened or if arrests are pending.

Legal analysts note that if the video is verified and a formal complaint is filed, the musician could face serious charges, including assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or even attempted murder. The incident has reignited debates about violence in entertainment circles and the need for swift justice.

Authorities are urged to investigate promptly as public pressure mounts for answers.
