South African reality TV star Thando Dlamuka has appeared to break her silence following growing criticism of her show Isencane Lengane, sparking mixed reactions online.

A viral screenshot, reportedly from Dlamuka’s personal Facebook account, has stirred further debate. The unverified post seems to address calls for the Moja Love series to be canceled after accusations that it promotes abuse and toxic relationships.

The post reads: “If they cancel our show on MojaLove TV, will you feed us?” While it is unclear whether the account is genuine, the message has been widely shared, drawing strong reactions from fans and critics.

The show, which documents the lives of young couple Thando and Siyacela, has faced backlash for allegedly normalizing harmful behavior, particularly toward women. Critics argue that it depicts emotional and verbal abuse, with many expressing concern over Thando’s well-being.

Women’s rights activists and viewers have campaigned for weeks to cancel the show, claiming it exploits vulnerable individuals for entertainment. Some fear the program puts Thando at risk rather than helping her.

Social media users had strong reactions to the alleged post. Some sympathized with Thando, while others questioned whether she wrote it herself or was pressured.

One user commented, “I’m sure Siyacela typed that.” Another added, “They probably rely on the show’s income, which might be why she stays.” A third expressed concern, saying, “If this is really her, shouldn’t someone step in to help? No one should stay in an abusive situation just for money.”

The screenshot’s authenticity remains unconfirmed, and Moja Love has not yet responded to the controversy or addressed the show’s future.

The backlash has reignited discussions about the ethics of reality TV, particularly when it involves vulnerable participants. Critics argue that networks have a duty to protect cast members rather than profit from their struggles.

For now, the public is watching to see whether Moja Love will take action or allow the drama to continue unfolding on screen.
