Malema, the leader of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party, is facing charges of fraud, corruption, and racketeering. He has been accused of using his political influence to secure government contracts for his family and associates. Despite these allegations, Malema has consistently denied any wrongdoing and has criticized the NPA for targeting him.

Both Zuma and Malema have been outspoken critics of the NPA, accusing the organization of bias and corruption. However, their inclusion in the Top 10 most wanted list underscores the NPA’s commitment to prosecuting anyone accused of a crime, regardless of their political status.

This development has sparked controversy in South African politics, with many questioning the motives behind the NPA’s actions. Some view it as a long-overdue step towards combating corruption and holding powerful individuals accountable. Others see it as a political maneuver to silence dissenting voices.

Regardless, Zuma and Malema are now fugitives, and their fate rests in the hands of the justice system. As the country awaits their arrests and trials, one thing is certain – no one, no matter how influential, is above the law.
