Kea Zawadi, born on 7 April 1997, is a talented South African actress and radio host who has captured the hearts of many. She gained recognition for her role in the popular series “13 Weeks to Find Mr. Right,” where she portrayed the character Nkuli in the SABC1 comedy-drama.

Having received two award nominations for her radio hosting skills, Kea Zawadi continues to shine both on the airwaves and on the television screen.

Early Life and Education

Kea, with the full name Keamogetswe Mongake, was born in Klerksdorp, North West Province, South Africa. She attended The High School for Girls Potchefstroom after completing her primary education. In 2015, she successfully completed her matriculation. Subsequently, she pursued higher education at Northwest University, where she graduated in 2018.

A Flourishing Career

Keamogetswe Mongake is renowned for her acting prowess and radio presenting talent. She initially made her acting debut in 2010, appearing in an episode of the M-Net drama series “Inconceivable.” In 2022, she secured her first major television role as Nkuli in “13 Weeks to Find Mr. Right.” Portraying an overworked journalist for a beauty and lifestyle magazine, Kea showcased her versatility as an actress.

Beyond acting, Kea Zawadi is a charismatic radio personality. She hosted various late-night shows on Yfm and eventually launched her own program titled “Into The Night with Kea Zawadi,” which airs on Sundays and Mondays.

Engaging with Fans

Kea Zawadi embraces social media to connect with her fans and share her vibrant lifestyle, fashion choices, and professional achievements. With over 4.9k followers on Instagram, 2.1k followers on Twitter, and 1.2k likes on Facebook, she keeps her audience updated on her latest projects and appearances.

She also curates content on her YouTube channel “The Red Leather,” where she tackles interesting and relatable topics. In one episode, she delved into the question of whether friends or family should date ex-partners.

Kea Zawadi’s journey from her early acting roles to becoming a recognized radio presenter and social media influencer showcases her multi-talented nature.
