Orlando Pirates will be put to test this transfer window as one of their star players Monnapule Saleng is linked with a multi-million transfer offer.

Saleng has been a very instrumental for the Buccaneers in recent season after the player managed to help the club in many occasions to grind for positive results.

The 25 year-old played his debut season for the Buccaneers after he was loaned out by the club on his arrival to Soweto Giants Swallows FC.

Following the expiration of his loan spell with the Soweto rivals the 25 year-old returned to Pirates at the beginning of last season to start his life at his parent club.

Since he was handed his debut game against Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 semi-final first-leg game at the Orlando Stadium, the player never looked back as he managed to cement his place in the starting lineup of the club.

The 25 year-old played a very crucial role in helping the Buccaneers to win the MTN8 trophy at the beginning of last season before helping the club to win the Nedbank Cup in the last day of the season.

Saleng was also a part of Pirates squad that finished the season on second position and qualified for the continental tournament CAF Champions League for next season.

According to the latest reports a club from United Arab Emirates, Al Nasr SC are in the process of preparing a sensational offer to lure the player to their camp next season.

Reports suggest that the multimillion offer by the club will be related to market value of PSL players.

If the player managed to secure a move away from the Buccaneers to the interested team, he will enjoy benefits of tripling his wages at the club and will also live in Dubai where the club is based.
