Political leader, physician, and anti-apartheid campaigner Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma hails from South Africa. Originally from Natal. Nkosazana Dlamini attended Amanzimtoti Training College for her secondary studies after finishing primary school in 1967. The driven young woman enrolled at what is now the University of Natal (formerly the University of Zululand) with the intention of continuing her education beyond that point. She earned her bachelor’s degree in zoology and botany in 1971. Originally from the United Kingdom, she attended medical school in Bristol. While practising medicine in Swaziland, Nkosazana met her future husband, Jacob Zuma, who would later become South Africa’s president.

On January 27, 1949, Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma came into this world. Her 72nd birthday is in the year 2021. Politics became Nkosazana’s full-time occupation after he quit medical. Under both Nelson Mandela’s and Thabo Mbeki’s administrations, she served as minister of home affairs. After 16 years of marriage and the birth of four children, she filed for a divorce from her husband, Jacob Zuma, in 1998.

Currently serving as Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditions is Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma. Between his salary, investments, mining, and agricultural leadership roles, the minister is believed to make R1.6 billion.
