Junior Kanye, former Chiefs star, believes that Arthur Zwane, the current head coach, should step down from his position as head coach and take on another role. This comes as Zwane failed to achieve his goals and secure any trophies for the team last season.

With speculation surrounding the potential arrival of coach Nabi, it remains uncertain what will happen to Zwane. Junior Kanye suggests that moving him to another position within the club would be a more suitable role for him.

Junior argues that Zwane should not be given the responsibility of coaching the development team, as his players have not been able to deliver the desired results at the senior level. This situation could prove to be a difficult one for Zwane, especially if the club decides to bring in a new coach. The impact on his mental well-being must also be considered, as the constant speculation and uncertainty surrounding his position may take a toll on him.

It is becoming increasingly clear that Zwane’s current situation at Chiefs is no longer healthy. Speculation about his future within the club is rampant, and it may be in his best interest to seriously consider resigning from his position as head coach.

Taking on the role of head scout could be a positive move for Zwane according to Junior. This position would allow him to utilize his knowledge and expertise in identifying talented players and contributing to the club’s long-term success. This role could move Chiefs away from a trial-based system. As a head scout, Zwane could play a crucial role in shaping the team’s future by discovering promising talents and bringing them into the club’s ranks away from a high-pressure position like head coach.

Given his inability to achieve desired results this season, a change to a different position could be beneficial for both Zwane and the club. Resigning as head coach and taking on the responsibility of scouting could provide Zwane with a fresh start and an opportunity to contribute to the team’s success in a different capacity. Ultimately, the decision lies with Zwane, but considering the current circumstances, it may be a wise choice for him to consider.
