Nzuzo Njilo, the husband of Faith Nketsi, was given R30 000 by the Port Shepstone Magistrates’ Court on Friday after persuading the judge that he required bail since he had a child and wife to care for.
Following their arrests in relation to charges that they deceptively pretended to be salesmen who were selling a truck and illegally seized money from an unsuspecting buyer, Njilo and his co-accused, Kwanda Ntshangase, who was granted R3 000 bail, appeared in court on Friday. The transfer of funds into Njilo’s account was made public in court.
This after the owners of Lund Industries, Blaine Evans and James Stephens, opened a case of fraud against him for an outstanding debt of close to R1 million, citing that they paid him for copper concentrate, which he never delivered in August last year.
Many people wondered where was his famous wife was when all this was happening, there were even rumours that she left him.
But faith Nketsi recently shut people up when she recently posted a video with her husband and daughter and they looked as happy as they can be.
