On the 16th of May 2023, the court case of the Facebook rapist and murderer Thabo Bester is scheduled to continue in Bloemfontein Magistrates court.
Thabo Bester will now face added charges of fraud, defeating the ends of justice, escaping, and violating a body.
It has been reported that the Thabo Bester’s first legal team withdraw their service from this case due to what they say it is conflict of interest.
Now it has been again reported that the second legal team also withdraw their legal services due to payments issues.
The African National Congress BigWig Chairman Nathi Sithole said that, ” Thabo Bester must be allowed to represent himself ,he is capable more than any lawyer in South Africa”.
While Thabo Bester was on the run, it has been reported that he even posed as a lawyer to Dr Nandipha Magudumana. He had managed to fool so many people along his life.
