The leader of BOSA has released a list of ministers whom he has listed them from their jobs because they are incompetent. They are ten on his list; the citizens have added more of them. It seems like the entire ministry of the ANC is not supported anymore. They have been associated with a failure within their respective departments.

But they may not be the only ones who have not performed as expected. Fikile Mbalula was a minister in various departments, but the citizens are not happy with all the positions he held within the government before he was given the secretary position. What is surprising about South African politics is that we have the same people on rotation.

The ministers are being rotated from one department to the other even though they have failed in the other departments. It was seen when Andre De Ruter was announced as Eskom’s CEO. He did not perform very well in his previous positions, but the ANC government hired him despite that unconvincing performance. It has become a reality that ANC will hire someone who is seen as not being capable.

Vusi Thembekwayo has made a huge comment about the ANC government, saying it is incompetent. And he pointed out that the apartheid government would have done a better job. As much as it has been seen that many people are not happy with the government, it remains unknown what will happen in the next elections.

A new law would be helpful so that when you are over 60 years old, you are eligible for pension, but that does not happen with the ANC politicians. As much as they are complaining about the unemployment, that is actually blocking opportunities for those who are young. It does not mean that someone who is over sixty will not have a great impact. But then they can become advisors since they have more experience.
