She also is the daughter of South African businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize who is famously known by the name MaMkhize. Sbahle is a person who loves working out and staying in shape as this is clear to see so by the pictures and videos that she posts online.
Lately Sbahle posted a video on social media of herself working out. In this video she was wearing a waist belt and was doing sit ups. She also wrote a caption to motivate people who will be looking to lose weight.
