Watch: Sbahle Mpisane had this to say to people who want to lose weight

Sbahle Mpisane is a South African Fitness enthusiast and reality show star. She is the founder of personal training and bootcamp, Fitness Bunnie. She also is the daughter of South African businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize who is famously known by the name MaMkhize. Sbahle is a person who loves working out and staying in shape as this is clear to see so by the pictures and videos that she posts online.

Lately Sbahle posted a video on social media of herself working out. In this video she was wearing a waist belt and was doing sit ups. She also wrote a caption to motivate people who will be looking to lose weight.

She stated that the huge part of losing weight is for a person to believe that they could lose weight and they should realize that this is something that will not happen overnight.

One of the comments that people on social media made after they saw what Sbahle said was that Sbahle was right with what she said, as they also believed that this is something that cannot happen overnight.
