Former Married at First Sight Mzansi season 2 star Nkululeko Mahlangu has tied the knot with his partner Tshegofatso Moeketsi in a traditional wedding ceremony attended by family and close friends over the weekend.

Nkululeko first became known to viewers on the reality show, where he was matched with actress Makoto Phumodi. Their relationship ended after the show.

Now, Nkululeko has found love again. In a joint Instagram post, the couple celebrated both their wedding day and anniversary. Nkululeko wrote that on their anniversary, he got to marry his best friend, his safe place and the love of his life. He thanked his wife for loving him, believing in him and standing beside him.

Tshegofatso shared her own heartfelt message, saying that a year ago they began a beautiful journey together, and a year later she had the honour of becoming his wife. She thanked him for being her safe place and greatest supporter.

Several fellow cast members from season 2, including Themba Khosa, Bongani Luvalo and Tshepo Miya, attended the celebration.

Fans flooded the couple’s comment section with congratulatory messages.
