South African socialite Inno Morolong recently took to Instagram to share details of a disturbing incident she says occurred at a Johannesburg nightclub on April 6, 2026. In her posts, she alleged that she was physically attacked by Andile Mpisane along with a group of his associates. The claims quickly drew widespread attention online, sparking intense public discussion.

Morolong stated that she has since opened a formal case against Mpisane, indicating that there is supposed security camera footage from the venue that could support her version of events. She expressed deep concern for her safety, saying the incident left her shaken and fearful. In an effort to bring more visibility to her situation, she also tagged Shauwn Mkhize, Mpisane’s mother, appealing to her as a parent while highlighting the seriousness of her allegations.

According to circulating reports, the altercation allegedly began after a verbal exchange in which Mpisane is said to have made a disrespectful remark about Morolong’s late mother. Morolong reportedly responded to the comment, which then escalated the situation into a physical confrontation involving multiple individuals. While the exact details remain contested, the incident has fueled speculation and debate across social media platforms.

In addition to sharing her account, Morolong posted a photo of herself outside the Sandton Police Station, where she claimed to have officially filed the case. The image included a visible case number, which she presented as proof that she is pursuing legal action and seeking justice. Her posts emphasised her determination to hold those she believes responsible accountable for the alleged attack.

Public reaction has been mixed. Many social media users expressed sympathy, offering messages of support and encouraging her to follow through with legal proceedings. Others, however, reacted with doubt, questioning aspects of her claims or mocking the situation altogether. Despite the divided opinions, the incident has sparked broader conversations about violence, accountability, and how such allegations are handled in the public eye.
