Reality TV personality and sangoma Mpho Wa Badimo has drawn both praise and criticism online after a photo of her in a gold swimsuit circulated widely on social media.

While many users complimented her confidence, others questioned whether such posts align with traditional expectations of spiritual practitioners. The image received over 33,000 views and reignited public discussion about her presence online.

Separately, Mpho is reportedly involved in a R600,000 lawsuit alongside Lehlogonolo Annette Nkuna, owner of Zuree Hair salon. The Springs Mall consortium has taken legal action against them over an alleged breach of lease agreement. The salon offers cosmetic procedures, including laser lipo and fat injections.

This legal challenge follows past controversies, including allegations in September 2025 that Mpho scammed clients. Questions have also been raised about her previous claims of co-owning Zuree Hair salon, which an insider in 2023 described as untrue and a publicity move.

Mpho first gained fame after winning R2 million on *Big Brother Mzansi*, though a source alleged those winnings were mismanaged. She remains a polarizing figure, attracting attention for both her social media presence and ongoing legal and personal disputes.
