The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has confirmed it will air the upcoming international friendly between Bafana Bafana and Zambia. The match will be broadcast live on SABC 1 on Saturday at 15:00 from Nelson Mandela Bay.
This game forms part of South Africa’s preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco. Having already secured qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the team is building momentum after their third-place finish in the previous AFCON tournament.
Their opponents, Zambia, are also preparing for AFCON 2025 and will provide strong competition with key players including Patson Daka and Fashion Sakala. Both teams will use this friendly to fine-tune their squads ahead of next month’s continental tournament.
