KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, has filed a R5 million defamation lawsuit against forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan.
The legal action follows repeated public statements by O’Sullivan in which he accused Mkhwanazi of being a “criminal” and called for his suspension from the South African Police Service (SAPS).
