“Ask The Police Where Jabulani Moyo Is” Operation Dudula Accuses SAPS of Protecting Murders

In the course of Operation Dudula, the South African Police Service (SAPS) has been accused of being “captured” and of deliberately failing to apprehend a guy who they believe is responsible for the murder of police officers. Instead, the SAPS has focused on arresting its own members.

Nnbmn Moyo is a prime suspect in the murder of numerous policemen in Gauteng, according to the movement, but he is still at large. “We’re not discussing rumors. A spokesperson for Operation Dudula stated, “This man is known, his whereabouts are known, but they won’t touch him. Instead, they come after us for standing up to crime. ”

In their opinion, the South African Police Service (SAPS) appears to be more concerned with repressing community activists than it is with apprehending violent offenders. This indignation was expressed by the organization. A representative for the organization stated, “How can you pretend to defend South Africans when you allow someone who is suspected of killing police officers to walk the streets?” While everything is going on, you are arresting regular folks who are trying to safeguard their communities.

After receiving requests for comment, the South African Police Service (SAPS) denied the allegations that it had been “captured” or that it was providing protection to criminals. An official spokesperson for the Gauteng police department, Colonel Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi, has stated that the charges are “false and unsubstantiated.” Despite the fact that she reaffirmed that Moyo is a subject of interest in ongoing investigations, she highlighted that an arrest cannot be made without sufficient evidence to warrant a conviction.

It is imperative that all investigations adhere to the appropriate legal procedures. According to Nevhuhulwi, the department of law enforcement is committed to bringing those responsible for violent actions to justice, regardless of who they are.

However, Operation Dudula claims that the inaction is indicative of a wider problem within the South African Police Service (SAPS) that involves corruption and selective policing. Members claim that they have provided an extensive amount of information to law enforcement on Moyo’s activities and associates; nevertheless, there has been no obvious response to this information.

Other South Africans have accused Operation Dudula of spreading conspiracy theories in an effort to divert attention away from its own legal woes. The claims have generated discussion on social media, with some South Africans echoing Operation Dudula’s worries about purported political meddling in police, while others have accused the organization of spreading conspiracy theories.

If there was no progress, Operation Dudula threatened to arrange rallies in front of police stations and promised to increase the amount of pressure that was put on the South African Police Service (SAPS) to arrest Moyo. A spokesman of the organization made the following statement: “We will not rest until justice is served – for the fallen police officers and for our homes and communities.”

The South African Police Service (SAPS) has issued a warning to the public to refrain from spreading unsubstantiated rumors that could put ongoing investigations at risk and has urged the public to report credible information through reliable channels.
