Reality TV star Musa Mseleku, famed for Uthando Nes’thembu, is embroiled in a bitter dispute with former collaborators Zakhele Gumede and Musa Ntsebesha, who accuse him of failing to pay them for their work and reneging on a promise to grant them shares in his production company.

The pair, who played key roles in developing and producing the hit polygamy-themed show, allege that Mseleku pledged them a 2% stake each in his company as compensation for their contributions. However, when M-Net expressed interest in Uthando Nes’thembu and a lucrative deal was struck, Gumede and Ntsebesha claim they were cut out entirely, receiving neither payment nor ownership shares.

Ntsebesha, in particular, has voiced his disappointment, accusing Mseleku of greed and betrayal.

“After M-Net came on board, Musa sidelined us. We put in the work, believed in his vision, and this is how we’re repaid?” he said. “He took the show to greater heights but left us behind, forgetting the very people who helped build it.”

The allegations have sparked backlash among fans, with many questioning Mseleku’s business ethics. Social media has been abuzz with debate, with some supporters urging Mseleku to address the claims publicly, while others express disappointment over the alleged mistreatment of his former team.

Mseleku has yet to respond to the accusations, leaving the controversy unresolved. The situation sheds light on the cutthroat nature of the entertainment industry, where verbal agreements often collapse when big money enters the picture.

As the fallout continues, industry observers warn that such disputes could damage professional reputations and strain future collaborations. For now, Gumede and Ntsebesha are left demanding accountability—while fans wait to see if Mseleku will break his silence.
