Controversial music executive Nota Baloyi has lashed out at Mac G and Sol Phenduka following comments made about him on a recent episode of *Podcast and Chill*. Baloyi, who was recently released on R5,000 bail after facing rape allegations, took to social media to express his anger and disappointment, accusing the podcast hosts of defaming him.

During the episode, Mac G and Sol discussed the allegations, with Mac G stating, “Nota could be right in everything he’s saying, but the moment she said no, it doesn’t matter.” Sol Phenduka agreed, adding, “The deleted text messages prove that she said no and pushed him. A no means a no.”

In response, Baloyi, via Twitter, expressed his frustration, asserting that their comments were untrue and that he was exploring his legal options. “I’m weighing my legal options at the moment because there are comments that were made that were not true,” Baloyi stated, promising to clear his name through legal means and prove his innocence.

Baloyi also accused the podcast hosts of trying to turn their fanbase, known as “Chillers,” against him. He stressed that defamation is about intent, arguing that the statements made on the show were harmful to his reputation.

“The law will take its course, and hopefully, the truth will prevail,” Baloyi said. He further hinted at potential legal action against Sol Phenduka over remarks about deleted text messages, calling them “heinous allegations.”

The ongoing dispute highlights the tensions between public commentary and legal matters, with Baloyi intent on clearing his name while challenging the statements made on the popular podcast.
