AKA’s former bodyguard Anwar “Dogg” Khan has been arrested

The former bodyguard of late rapper Aka has been arrested for fraud and corruption. The well known bodyguard Anwar “Dogg” Khan has been linked in the University of Fort Hare corruption scandal .

Anwar “Dogg” Khan, along with 15 others, have been accused of being involved in a tender corruption syndicate that cost the institution millions since 2020.

The bodyguard “allegedly” charges R56K per day for his security services to his high-profile clients.

He was arrested over the past Easter weekend for an alleged tender corruption syndicate that cost the institution millions of rands.

Anwar Khan worked with several international stars including TD Jakes, Michael Jackson, Oprah Winfrey, Snoop Dogg, Alicia Keys and Kendrick Lamar.

He is well known for being AKA’s bodyguard and is currently Shaun “Mamkhize” Mpisane’s bodyguard.

The other people involved in this scandal include, former NPA, a well known Judge and members of the institution.

Anwar Khan has not released a statement.
