University of Venda student Nemangwele Mutshidzi Phophi Innocentia, 23, passed away suddenly, according to a sombre notice from the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education Representative Council. Today, December 8th, 2023, was the earlier date of the tragedy.
Bachelor of Arts in International Relations Studies (HSBAIR) student Nemangwele was an ambitious and hardworking person. She was nearing the end of her time at university, in her final year.
The university community has been deeply affected by the news of her demise, and condolences have been sent from staff, classmates, and friends. Her tragic death remains shrouded in mystery as the specific reason why she passed away has not been revealed.
Condolences are conveyed to Nemangwele’s family, friends, students, and anybody lucky enough to have been close to her in a statement released by the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education Representative Council. The professors stood together, saying, “You’re in our thoughts during this difficult time.”
