EFF Leader Julius Sello Malema was accused of pushing for genocide of white people in South Africa after his recent chant at the EFF 10th anniversary and this has sparked debates on social media between black and white South Africans. It got to a point that South African billionaire questioned why President Cyril Ramaphosa said nothing about Malema’s chant. Malema responded by saying he was talking shit.

However the DA has strike back and Malema never expected they would take this matter so serious as this was an apartheid song and it remains and harmless chant according to opinion gotten from black South Africans on Twitter. John Steenhuisen, the chairman of the Democratic Alliance, has announced that the party will pursue legal action against Julius Malema, the head of the Economic Freedom Fighters, as well as the African National Congress (ANC). This news was made public by John Steenhuisen, the chairman of the Democratic Alliance.

This comes as a direct result of Malema’s controversial chanting of “Kill the boer, kill the farmer” during the EFF’s 10th anniversary celebrations that took place on Saturday at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa. On the YouTube channel that belongs to the party, Steenhuisen made a statement in which he indicated that he was going to approach the ethics committee of Parliament as well as seek legal advice regarding addressing the Public Protector or going to court. He stated that he was going to do this because he believed that he was in the right. He continued by saying that he intended to carry all of these actions out.

He levelled the accusation that Malema was inciting civil unrest throughout the nation. In addition to this, he made the assertion that the African National Congress (ANC) had failed to discipline its “protégé” Malema.
