The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is currently the high profile case which many South Africans, more especially those who are soccer fans are following with so much interest, they are keeping a close eye to the court procedings as they want to know what really happened on the day the late Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper and captain was shot and killed while visiting his girlfriend Kelly Khumalo at her mother’s house in Vosloorus.
The murder happened in October 2014 and five men are being tried at the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria with Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng taking over the Suspended Judge Tshifhiwa Maumela, people who were in the house say it was a robbery gone wrong where they say two intruders barged into the house and demanded cellphones and money, however, the public refuses to buy that version suggesting that someone who was in the house pulled the trigger.
While trying to get to know how Zandi became an artist, Advocate Zandisile Mshololo who is the defense counsel for accused number five asked her if she is a qualified artist, at some point, Mshololo asked Ms Khumalo if she passed matric, however, she refused to answer that question asking Mshololo how is that of any relevance to the trial, however, she changed the question and asked what her highest level of education.
Mshololo: Did you Pass Matric?
Zandi: How is that of any relevance?
Mshololo: What is your highest standard of education?
Zandi: I did Marketing.
After she refused to answer the matric question, many social media users were left stunned and they still wanted to know if she passed matric or not, though the answer is not coming g forward, many have jumped into conclusions suggesting that her answer suggests that she does not have matric at all because if she had it, she would have easily said yes the very same way she said she did Marketing.
