The squeezing application by Dr Nandipha Magudumana to have her unlawful catch set aside will be heard in the Bloemfontein HC on Thursday.

In her noting promise, she says that the responses from the State respondents truly support her case. She says this

Dr Nandipha proceeds further to communicate that both the variations of the SAPS/NPA and Home Endeavors (DHA) are detached on where she was caught. She says that it shows that the states of her catch were clearly made.

Dr Nandipha further states in her noting vow that our pre-sacrosanct regulation explains that secret expulsions as removals are unlawful

She further communicates that the Home Endeavors Division confirms in their sworn explanation that they plotted with the Tanzanian experts to secure her compelled re-appearance of SA without following due evacuation processes.

Dr Nandipha states that she was not dealt with the expense of fair treatment by the Tanzanian experts to pick how she should be removed under worldwide guideline. She says SA Police Minister Bheki Cele detailed that a stream was ready to bring her some time before Tanzania proclaimed her removal.

Dr Nandipha claims she is resolved that she was caught by a South African cop by the name of “Dawood”. This is a reference to senior bad behavior understanding authority Colonel Ismail Dawood. She says she was in this manner tended to by a suggested Concealed SA cop.
