It’s often said that teachers who have friendly relationships with their students prompt their students to do better in class. Research has shown that being friends with your students will help in enhancing their involvement in the learning process. Unlike traditional instruction-based teaching, an active learning environment focuses on student-centric learning.

It helps in improving the student learning outcomes. A lot of teachers out there take on authoritative roles and this just forces students to comply with everything that the teacher says and they do not even get to participate in class, and in turn that just means they are not learning anything.

Speaking of teachers having a friendly relationship with their students, there is a video that has been getting quite a lot of attention on social media lately, and it seems as if a long of people found the video to be very funny, and some just thought that teachers in schools seem to be going through the most.

The video shows a teacher who seemed to be helping two of his male students with a problem, and a lot of people noticed that one of the students had his had on the teacher’s head, and surprisingly the teacher did not seem to mind. When they were done the same student was seen kissing the teacher’s head and saying thank you.

A lot of people in the comments thought the video was very funny, while some people thought that it seems as if the kids just like the teacher, and it’s likely that they have a friendly relationship with the teacher.
