Few days ago, the Kaizer Chiefs management announced that their long serving defender, Erick Mulomowandau Mathoho has been released from the time after eleven years at the club.

Many people, more especially Kaizer Chiefs supporters were not happy with the decision taken by the management of the team. The co-founder and deputy president of the Economic Freedom Fighters Floyd Shivambu is also not happy.

” I don’t agree with the release of Tower and also know that his isolation compromised us for the humiliating season we are from. Unfortunately Football Clubs are run differently.”, says Floyd Shivambu.

I don’t agree with the release of Tower and also know that his isolation compromised us for the humiliating season we are from. Unfortunately Football Clubs are run differently. 💔 https://t.co/82zmnbKKhf

Comments :

” Mathoho leaves Kwinika stays Where’s the logic? I’ll keep saying ths. Zwane has zero respect for senior players, legends. He wants to be the only one that stays . He’s abusing his powers to the detriment of the team. Junior Motaung won’t see it because they are friends. Kaizer Chiefs is dying for sure.”
