REVENGE: Mama Joy comes for Orlando Pirates

Ever since Mama Joy left Orlando Pirates for the newly formed Royal AM, she has had a love hate relationship with the Orlando Pirates fans.

The controversial decision to switch sides left football fans across the country divided. While some have turned their backs on her, others felt that she is still a Buccaneer inside and that the move was only for financial gain.

Recently Mama Joy left the fan base of her former club infuriated, after she ranked chairman and soccer player, Andile Mpisane, Above Irvin Khoza:

PSL Awards who is your best Chairman ,,,, Mine is @Andile Mpisane,,,, And you ? send your best Chairman or Chairlady pic.twitter.com/Wk52uEQ0u7

— MamaJoy Chauke (@JoyChauke5) May 23, 2023

“PSL Awards who is your best Chairman…Mine is Andile Mpisane” said the former Orlando Pirates supporter on her Twitter account.

Many Orlando Pirates as well as PSL fans took to her Twitter account to respond to her “provocative” Tweet. It is believed that the long standing supporter of Orlando Pirates is harboring malice towards the club, after the recent scandal where she was denied access into the stadium for the clash between Orlando Pirates and Royal AM at the Orlando Stadium; earlier this season.

Most fans that follow her religiously, wish that she could return to the club that she has supported most of her life; and hope that this is just a phase that will pass by
