One of the major contender of Cyril Ramaphosa is Jacob Zuma even though he is no longer holding any political office again. The legacies of Jacob Zuma are still working for him and that is why he is still one of the most influential politician in South Africa till date. He has sued Cyril Ramaphosa on several occasions for different reasons and right now, he has taken another step in the Johannesburg high court against Cyril Ramaphosa accusing him of trying to avoid accountability.

The case is a serious one and if Cyril Ramaphosa is unable to win Jacob Zuma, he might be forced to leave the office of the president. It will be an extremely sad news for Cyril Ramaphosa and all his supporters if eventually Jacob Zuma wins this case and he is asked to vacate the office of the president.

Many people including Carl Niehaus are currently at the Joburg high court to fully support Jacob Zuma in the court proceedings. Soon, both parties I’ll appear in the court for the final decision from judges.
