Allegations of protected doctors involved in criminal activities continue to surface, with claims emerging that Dr Nelson R, like Dr Nandipha, enjoys protection from high-ranking officials. It is alleged that Premier Panyaza Lesufi and Minister Angie Motshekga shielded Dr Nelson R from facing legal consequences after an unlawful arrest at JB Matabane School in 2018.

The incident, which occurred several years ago, has resurfaced, raising concerns about potential abuse of power and lack of accountability within the education system. Dr Nelson R, who has not been publicly identified beyond the initial claim, reportedly faced allegations of unlawful conduct during his tenure at the school.

Premier Lesufi and Minister Motshekga, prominent figures in the education sector, are now being accused of providing protection and shielding Dr Nelson R from the legal repercussions that should have followed the alleged misconduct.

These allegations highlight the need for transparency and accountability within the education system. The public has a right to know the truth behind these claims, and it is imperative that a thorough investigation takes place to establish the facts and determine whether any wrongdoing occurred.

The protection of individuals involved in criminal activities undermines public trust and erodes confidence in the justice system. It is crucial that all allegations are treated seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure justice and fairness prevail.

As the story unfolds, it is hoped that the truth will come to light, allowing for proper accountability and the restoration of public trust in the education sector.
