The victim had withdrawn the money from the FNB Tzaneen branch and was waiting at the Downtown car wash when a tall, light-skinned African man got out of a Mercedes Benz and shot him in the leg with a firearm. The suspect then stole the victim’s money and fled the scene.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The police in Tzaneen have opened a case of armed robbery and are investigating the incident.
