Dr. Amukelani Mthombheni, a South African doctor, is currently facing allegations of employing people at her private practice without paying them.

According to reports, when it is time to pay her employees, she allegedly gives them the runaround.

This news comes at a time when another South African doctor, Dr. Nandipha Magudumana, is facing allegations of committing crimes with her partner Thabo Bester.

The allegations against Dr. Mthombheni have caused a stir on social media, with many South Africans expressing concern about the behavior of some doctors in the country. Some people have even questioned the ethics of the medical profession as a whole.

It is not clear at this time how many people have been affected by Dr. Mthombheni’s alleged behavior, or for how long this has been going on. It is also unclear whether any legal action has been taken against her.

This news comes at a time when the South African medical profession is already under scrutiny due to the allegations against Dr. Magudumana and her partner. The case has sparked outrage in the country, with many people calling for justice to be served.

The South African Medical Association (SAMA) has issued a statement condemning any form of unethical behavior by doctors. The organization has urged anyone with information about such behavior to come forward and report it.

It is important to note that these allegations do not represent the behavior of all South African doctors. The vast majority of doctors in the country are dedicated professionals who provide excellent care to their patients. However, the actions of a few individuals can have a significant impact on the reputation of the medical profession as a whole.

It is also important for employers to ensure that they are following labor laws and treating their employees fairly. Failure to do so can result in legal action and damage to the reputation of the company or organization.

In conclusion, the allegations against Dr. Amukelani Mthombheni are a cause for concern, and they come at a time when the South African medical profession is already under scrutiny.

It is important for the medical profession and employers in general to uphold ethical standards and treat employees fairly. The actions of a few individuals can have a significant impact on the reputation of the profession or company as a whole.
