The country’s deputy president is trending after reports of his alleged love affair

Paul Mashatile had tongues wagging last weekend when he married for a second time. He was first married to Manzi Ellen Mashatile, who died in July 2020.

The country’s deputy president is currently trending on Twitter and its not looking good. His dirty linen has been hung on public and people are now skeptical of his character and reputation. Some people are now even likening him to former President Jacob Zuma. This comes after his bitter former lover and side chick exposed their love affair which started while Mashatile’s wife was still alive. May her soul rest in peace! “Paul Mashatile is J.Z. reloaded. At least Msholozi was better because he married some of his mistresses. I think he should do the same. Polygamy is the only way out for him”, a Twitter user said.

Jacob Zuma was public about him being a polygamist. He would indeed bring his lovers in to join the matrimonial family. In Mashatile’s case, it is not yet clear if he is prepared to go that route. For instance, he kept his now angry lover, Gugu Nkosi, for a long time but never married her. He then dumped her for another woman whom he has now paid lobola for. Not a good move if you ask me. The jilted lover is now out to get him and it’s ugly. The woman has detailed how Mashatile would give her up to R500k as girlfriend allowance.

Here is what people are saying about Mashatile:

@Somielihle Paul Mashatile is gonna taste his medicine: surrounded by ppl who do not want you, ‘balaclaved’ as comrades.

@onenation7020 We must ask @sarstax and @EdKieswetter whether Paul Mashatile has submitted a tax return recently 🤔 🙄 How on earth can he afford a girlfriend allowance of R500k per month after tax??

@MandlLW Try something else,Paul Mashatile is not going anywhere..whether he has corruption scandal or not..if nothing happened during phalaphala sagga then forget Paul is not going anywhere…he is the next president of the country.

Mashatile has now reported the ex lover for threatening his life. In my opinion, deep down, Paul Mashatile knows you can’t give girlfriend half a million Rand monthly allowance and expect her to leave you alone once relationship goes sour. Paul is still going to hear a lot from Gugu Nkosi. Losing such amount abruptly throws my monthly budget in disarray.

Deputy President Paul Mashatile should realize that he is in the Major League now. Newspapers are going to cook him like he is nothing. He should clean his house, run a tight ship and make sure nothing comes out or he will be naked by the next ANC Conference! That’s my opinion. What is yours?
