Few days ago the department of basic education in the Republic of South Africa had released results of Matric class of 2022. Many have been challenging department that it is releasing results late while other students and learners are already back at the classes.

This then simple mean that immediately when this learners get their results (certificate or rather results card) , they rush to the institutions of higher education before they get full.

Speaking of the results card, it has been reported that there is a pupil that has been denied his National Senior Certificate 2022 results statement because of an outstanding R1 500 bill owed to the no-fee paying school he attended.

This is totally unacceptable and Principal must be arrested for bridging the law because government cover all costs for no-fee paying schools because they know that many of learners studying on those schools are from poor of the poorest families.

There is a reason why this school is categorize as no-fee paying school and now the principal must take all responsibility because now one might find that this delay made this pupil to lose his space at the tertiary.
