Ndabandaba Has Issued Another Strong Warning To Foreigners In SA Ahead Of July 31

Anti-illegal immigration activist Nkosikhona “Phakel’umthakathi” Ndabandaba has once again issued a strong warning to undocumented foreign nationals living and operating businesses in South Africa, urging them to comply with the country’s immigration laws before the July 31 deadline set by his movement. His latest remarks have reignited debate over immigration, border security, and the rule of law in the country.

According to recent statements, Ndabandaba said foreign nationals operating spaza shops, salons, and other businesses without the required legal documentation should leave voluntarily or regularize their immigration status before the end of July. He maintains that his campaign is aimed at undocumented immigration and not at legally documented foreign residents.

The activist has argued that South Africa’s immigration laws must be enforced more effectively, claiming that illegal immigration places pressure on employment opportunities, public services, and local businesses. He has repeatedly called on government departments, including Home Affairs and law enforcement agencies, to intensify operations against undocumented migrants rather than leaving communities to deal with the issue themselves.

Ndabandaba’s movement has gained significant public attention in recent months through anti-illegal immigration demonstrations held in several parts of the country. While his campaign has attracted support from some South Africans who believe immigration laws should be more strictly enforced, it has also drawn criticism from civil society groups and human rights organisations concerned that such rhetoric could increase tensions and contribute to xenophobic incidents.

In previous public statements, Ndabandaba stressed that his organisation does not support violence, looting, or attacks against foreign nationals. Instead, he has said supporters should operate within the law and allow authorities to carry out their responsibilities. He has also previously stated that anyone using his campaign to justify criminal acts is acting without his approval.

As the July 31 deadline approaches, authorities are expected to closely monitor developments to ensure public order is maintained. The South African government has consistently maintained that immigration enforcement must take place within the framework of the Constitution and the law, while condemning any acts of violence or vigilantism against foreign nationals.

The issue of undocumented immigration remains one of South Africa’s most contentious political and social challenges, with differing views on how best to balance border security, economic concerns, and the protection of human rights. With the deadline drawing nearer, all eyes will be on how both authorities and activist groups respond in the coming days.
