“MK Party Jacob Zuma and the late Dudu Myeni Have a Son Together” – Paul O’Sullivan

Investigative activist Paul O’Sullivan has alleged that MK Party President Jacob Zuma and the late former South African Airways (SAA) chairperson Dudu Myeni were in a romantic relationship and share a son.

O’Sullivan made the claims during a recent interview, where he spoke about what he described as long-standing links between Zuma and Myeni. According to him, the relationship between the two extended beyond politics and business, alleging that they had a child together. However, he did not provide any documented proof to substantiate the claim. Jacob Zuma and Dudu Myeni were known to have had a close working relationship for years.

Myeni, who passed away in 2023 after a short illness, was considered one of Zuma’s staunch allies during his time as President of South Africa. She served as chairperson of SAA and also led the Jacob Zuma Foundation. Her tenure at SAA was controversial, with critics blaming her leadership for contributing to the airline’s financial difficulties.

The allegations have sparked mixed reactions on social media, with some calling for evidence to support the claims, while others dismissed them as unverified accusations. Supporters of Zuma have rejected O’Sullivan’s statements, describing them as an attempt to tarnish the former president’s name. Neither Zuma nor representatives of the MK Party have officially responded to the allegations at the time of publication.

Similarly, Myeni’s family has not issued any statement addressing the matter. As the claims continue to circulate, political analysts say the controversy could further intensify tensions within South Africa’s already heated political landscape. Without concrete evidence, the allegations remain unproven and are likely to remain a subject of debate.
